What could you win?
All participants will receive a participation certificate.
Here are the prizes for the first 3 places:
1st place winner
A trip to Italy to meet Carmen Clemente at Host Milan exhibition, an OraSì branded pitcher and an OraSì branded apron.
2nd place winner
A complete set of OraSì plant based drinks (Soy, Coconut, Almond, Oat, Hazelnut – 6l for each flavour), an OraSì branded pitcher and an OraSì branded apron.
3rd place winner
A complete set of OraSì plant based drinks (Soy, Coconut, Almond, Oat, Hazelnut – 3l for each flavour), an OraSì branded pitcher and an OraSì branded apron.
How to participate?
The competition is divided into 3 phases, to which you can only access by overcoming the previous one.
Who can participate? All baristas, bartenders and coffee service personnel operating nationally and internationally.
Phase 1

What do you need to include?

Your video
The subject must be the preparation of a latte art using OraSì plant based beverages. The video must clearly show:
- The Orasi product packaging, ensuring the brand and product name are visible on camera;
- The entire process of creating the latte art, from pouring the milk to finishing the design;
- The final design in clear view for evaluation.
Phase 2
After the jury has selected the 10 winners of the first round, the organizers will contact all semi-finalists by the XX/XX/2025 to inform them about the time and location of the semi-final.
What is the challenge?
Preparing 2 cappuccinos with OraSì plant based beverages – replying one pattern that will be provided beforehand – and serving them to the jury.
Phase 3
The jury will select XX finalists and invite them to take part to the final immediately after the semi-final.
What is the challenge?
Preparing 2 non-alcoholic drinks, either cold or hot, based on OraSì products and serving them to the jury.
Evaluation criteria
All the preparations will be judged using the following parameters:

Visual/esthetic criteria (total 50 points)
- Compliance to pattern (design): max 10 points
- Symmetry: max 10 points
- Contrast: max 10 points
- Underfill/overfill: max 10 points
- Texture: max 10 points
