At Christmastime, don't serve an ordinary cappuccino!
If there’s one thing we know about customers, it’s that they love to be surprised. And what better time to do it than the holiday season? Possibly by putting a twist on their daily cappuccino.
Across coffee shops in America and Northern Europe, a trend is popping up: the XMas Cappuccino.

How to prepare a XMas Cappuccino
This Christmas variation follows the classic cappuccino recipe in its basic steps, but is flavored by the use of spices. Which ones? Well, the choice is vast and depends very much on your taste: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, star anise or vanilla. You can mix them together in the right amounts or choose just a few.
Another key choice is the plant-based drink to be used for the preparation. We recommend OraSì Barista Almond for an enveloping, rounded taste (in fact, this drink becomes even tastier with heat). The important thing is to give the cappuccino that warm and spicy touch typical of the Holidays.

What side desserts to choose?
In addition to a bit of whipped cream on the side (always welcome), we recommend serving your Christmas cappuccino with sweet themed crepes – perhaps in the shape of a Christmas tree – or with classic Italian holiday sweets: Pandoro and Panettone.
If you want to wink at aesthetics, serve your XMas Cappuccino with a great classic: decorated ginger cookies in various shapes and sizes.
Try this Christmas variation of cappuccino and enjoy the result.Your customers will thank you!
