This recipe is intense and enveloping: it starts with the pleasure of thick, creamy foam and ends with the taste of hazelnut, lemon, and coffee.

Ingredients

OraSì Barista Hazelnut

1 teacup, whipped

Espresso

1

Lemon

1 (the juice, to flavour the foam)

Chopped toasted hazelnut

to garnish

Method

Take a low tumbler and pour a cup of espresso at the base, continue by pouring the OraSì Barista Hazelnut whipped hot: insert in the whipping lemon juice for flavouring. Serve the drink with an accompaniment of roasted hazelnuts.
